I use an oxyacetylene welding torch to cut patterns into the tin. I then scrub it up with a wire brush and apply a clear acrylic spray to seal it from rusting.

-Small shade measures 4 inches tall by 6 inches wide.
-Medium shade measures 8 inches tall by 6 inches wide.
-Large shade measures 9 inches tall by 9 inches wide.
